You are trying to perform a Prescriptive Calculation on a project specified as New Construction (New Home). The Prescriptive calculation is only valid for Additions and Alterations and can produce the CF1R-ADD and the CF1R-ALT. For a new home, the CF1R-NCB must be produced and registered with an ECC provider, we have no way to upload that information to the ECC provider.
This project should be run under the Performance approach instead.
